"I did not purchase my first Cadillac STS from Motorwerks, but I did have all of the service work performed at the dealership. The service work was always perfomed to my satisfaction, complete, and at a fair price. The Service Department personnel were always professional. As a result of this treatment, I purchased my second STS from Motorwerks. The salesman courteous, professional, and not pushy. He understood my needs and put me in a vehicle with which I am very pleased. I have owned 14 vehicles in my life and there is not another dealership that can compare with Motorwerks in sales technique and service after the sale. I am currently looking at a used vehicle at Motorwerks Cadillac for my son. I think he will develop into another generation of satisfied Motorwerks customer."

In fact, very dear friends were looking for Cadillac and we told them in no uncertain terms that the only place to go was Motor Werks. They bought an Escalade and were blown away with care and service received. This was not their first Cadillac but the first purchased at M-W. They were shocked to hear GM was pulling the Cadillac from M-W - as we were. GM is making a huge mistake if they go forward with this decision. Barrington area deserves a Cadillac dealership and Motor Werks is the premier auto dealer in the Northwest suburbs."

"My family has purchased numerous cars from Motor Werks over the last 20 years. We purchased two Cadillacs last year. My wife wanted to buy a Cadillac because it is American made. I was apppauled to find out Cadillac let MW have the franchise until 10/10 but MW could not order any cars from Cadillac. When I found this out I said no wonder they went bankrupt! MW was unable to trade for a 2010SRX, but my wife was undaunted, she wanted an SRX. I went to Patrick and was treated like I had just fallen off the turnip cart. They tried every trick in the book to sell me a car including the puupy dog sale, the buy it before its gone sale, put a deposit on the car so we can hold it sale, and last but not least the this is the best deal you are going to get from any body so buy it now. After all this I wanted to buy another brand of car. My wife sill wanted an SRX so we bought it at Weil it was a better deal than Patrick. To furthe add insult to injury within one week there wa s a problem with the rear end of the car causing the car to be left at MW for about a week. After the above experience I think GM should reconsider its franchise agreement with MW. I am thinking about buying an Escalade in the near future, but we sall see."

"What? You can't possibly take Cadillac away from MotorWerks! I LOVE all of the Caddys I've owned (about 10) and MotorWerks is the ONLY dealership I will buy my next one from. Their service should be a primer for all dealerships in the world. It is outstanding! If they stop carrying Cadillacs I'll have to find another luxury car that they DO carry."
