"I have owned many different cars over the years, and dealt with many different dealers. Motorwerks is, far and away, the finest experience I have ever had with ANY service center. There is not even a runner up. It is a glaring mistake on the part of GM to discontinue Motorwerk's franchise. Not only are they courteous and professional, they are also highly competent. This is a quality that is sorely lacking these days. To find all three of those qualities in a single service center is rare indeed. By taking this away from us, the consumer, GM is alienating us. In terms of solid business decisions, GM needs to capitalize on the mistakes the Japanese manufacturers are making right now. Closing down smaller dealers, especially those like Motorwerks Cadillac/SAAB, who have solid relationships with their customers, is not a way to do this. GM needs to build on those relationships, as word of mouth from faithful customers like me is a way to sway disillusioned buyers from other manufacturers. On a personal note, I currently own my third CTS. I love the car, but the biggest reason I keep coming back for more is having Motorwerks stand behind it. It is highly unlikely I will buy another Cadillac if Motorwerks is taken away from me. I would likely switch to one of the other brands they sell and service."

I exclusively buy my Cadillac's from Motor Werks because of their professionalism, great service options, convenience and not to forget their exemplary customer service. I was very unhappy to hear the Motor Werks may not be considered to be an official Cadillac dealer. My Cadillac purchase and maintenance experience with Motor Werks is one reason that would lead me to walk away from Cadillac to purchase another brand that they sell just to keep my level of expectations upheld.
