From the time I stepped into the parking lot to the time signing the contract, I met all the pelple with knowledge, honest, and friendly. It was a totally pleasure to buy car here. I also brought my car to service at this place and the did an excellent job on the car. One important thing is the location of the Motor Werks is so convinience and easy to get to. If I have to bring my car to another Caddilac dealer, there will be so far for me since there is no other Cadillac dealer close by. Before I came to this purchase, I had stopped by the dealer at Woodfield and to my surprise, nobody came out to greet us. We were just another passing by or may be we didn't look like we can afford a Caddilac. If they didn't want my business, then I don't want to spend my hard earn money there. Motor werks treated us well and I will come back for sure."

We chose Motor Werks in Barrington IL to purchase our last Cadillac because they offered the service that we enjoy and expect. "I have already written to my Senators with no response. I explained that there could be no reason to take a successful dealership from our community. I am sure that for our market area this was one of the most successful dealerships in the country. We, the customers, are now being dispossessed and mandated to travel great lengths for service and purchases all without cause. I would like to know for what reasons the Government controlled GM had for targeting this dealership. I can only attribute it to partisan politics and friendships. This situation has cost our community tax dollars, employment, and convenience. I am forced to give up friendly, reliable, and convenient service based on "what"? Perhaps my Senators could help me with this issue."
